Sweet Sausage Fusilli

Ingredients
- 2tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 12ounces sweet Italian sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch thick half moons
- 1 1/2teaspoons chopped oregano
- Kosher salt
- Crushed red pepper flakes
- 1quart broccoli florets, blanched
- 1cup California Black Ripe Olives
- 1quart cooked fusilli pasta
- 1/4cup shaved Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Stir in sausage and oregano, and season to taste with salt and pepper flakes. Cook for 3-5 minutes until browned. Mix in broccoli, olives and pasta and cook until heated through. Toss with remaining olive oil and top with Parmesan cheese just before serving.
