Simple Mint S'mores

Ingredients

3 Andes mints
1/2 graham cracker
1 marshmallow
1 crisp mint cookie (try Milano mint cookies)

Instructions

  1. Arrange mints on graham cracker and cook over low heat until chocolate melts. Roast marshmallow. Top chocolate with marshmallow and cookie.
