Sausage And Peppers Jambalaya

1package Chicken Italian Style Sausages
1medium Red Bell Pepper Sliced
1medium Green Bell Pepper Sliced
1large White Onion Sliced
1tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1package Zatarain's Jambalaya Rice


Place olive oil in a skillet on medium-high temperature,Slice Sausages;  add Sausages, Peppers and Onions and saute until peppers are tender, onions are caramelized and peppers are lightly browned and done through. (about 5 minutes) Prepare Zatarain's Jambalaya Rice per instructions and set aside. Serve the Sausages and Peppers/Onions over the rice. So easy!
