Rooster Burgers

Ingredients
- 1pound ground chicken
- 4-- buns of choice
- 3-- chopped sundried tomatoes
- 1/4cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1tablespoon greek yogurt
- 3tablespoons fresh chopped rosemary
- 1cup baby spinach
- 1/2cup greek yogurt
- 1/4cup grated red onion with juice
- 1tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4teaspoon salt
- 1/8teaspoon pepper
- 1/2teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Mix all sauce ingredients together and set aside
- Divide chicken into 6 patties
- Mix together sundried tomatoes, yogurt, mozzarella and rosemary
- Spread cheese mixture in center of three patties
- Top with remaining patties and squeeze edges together
- Heat grill to medium and wipe with oil
- BBQ for about 15 minutes, turning once
- Spread the sauce on top and bottom of buns, top with spinach and chicken burgers
