My Signature No-Oil Hummus

  • Yield: 6 servings


2tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4teaspoon salt
1can (15.5-ounce) low-sodium garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1/2clove garlic, cut into a few smaller pieces
1/4cup low-sodium veggie broth (or water) to thin


  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
