1/2pound ham, sliced thin
1/2pound mortadella, sliced thin
1/2pound genoa salame, sliced thin
1/2pound provolone cheese, sliced thin
6ounces cream cheese, whipped
1/2cup olive spread mix
1tablespoon turkish 7 spice blend
4slices lavash bread {4 slices}


  1. Spread cream cheese bread slices. Sprinkle 7 spice blend on bread 
  2. On 2/3 of the bread, assemble slices of mortadella, ham, cheese, olive spread, cheese, salame and olive spread    
  3. With meat side closet to you, start to roll. Roll tightly. Make sure you seal the end. Roll each sandwich in plastic wrap. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes 
  4. With a serrated knife, slice into 1 1/4 inch thick pieces. Plate up and enjoy.
