Iced Apple Tea

6 tea bags
3cups boiling water
1teaspoon allspice
1/3cup honey
3cups apple juice or cider
Apple slices, cut in circles, to garnish (optional)


  1. Add tea bags to boiling water. Let stand 15 minutes. Remove tea bags and add allspice, honey and apple juice. Simmer over low heat until honey is blended, about one minute.  Chill. Serve over ice with apple slices.
