Simple Hot Cocoa

- 2tablespoons raw or Demerara sugar
- 1pinch sea salt
- 6ounces hot milk (160F—do not boil)
Instructions
- Mix cocoa powder, sugar and salt. Slowly stir or whisk in hot milk.
