Herbed Mozzarella Olives

Ingredients
- 1 (6-ounce) can California Black Ripe Olives
- 1cup Sweet 100 or grape tomatoes
- 4ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, balls halved or diced into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2cup chopped basil
- 2tablespoons olive oil
- 1tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/4teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Toss olives, tomatoes, mozzarella and basil in a large mixing bowl. Dress thoroughly with olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Marinate for at least 3 hours before serving.
