Good Cookies
- Yield: 6 dozens
Ingredients
- 1cup brown sugar
- 1cup margarine
- 1cup white sugar
- 1cup vegetable oil
- 1cup Rice Krispies
- 1cup oatmeal
- 1cup coconut
- 1cup nuts
- 1teaspoon vanilla
- 1teaspoon baking soda
- 1teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 egg
- 1/2teaspoon salt
- 3 1/2cups flour
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together. Roll into walnut-size balls and flatten on a greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle each cookie with 1 teaspoon of red, white and green sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
