Ingredients

1 1/2pounds bag of baby potatoes
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
3-4tablespoons butter, melted
2tablespoons of fresh dill ( you can use a little more if you really like dill)
1tablespoon or 2 chopped chives
2teaspoons salt
1/2 to 1teaspoons pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash your potatoes and throw them in a big pot. Cover with water and place over high heat on the stove. Bring to a boil and turn the heat down to medium. Boil until your fork goes through potatoes easily.
  2. While the potatoes are boiling, mince your garlic, chop your dill, and melt your butter.
  3. Drain the water from the potatoes and pour them back into the pot. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, cover with butter, then add garlic dill, and chives, and toss the potatoes until they are all covered.
  4. Pour into a serving dish and serve.
