Fresh Cranberry Chutney

Ingredients
- 12 ounces Fresh Cranberries
- 1cup Sugar
- 3/4cup Water
- 3/4cup Orange Juice
- 3/4 cup Raisins
- 3/4cup Celery, diced
- 1large Apple, diced (peel on)
- 3/4 cup Nuts
Instructions
Bring cranberries, sugar and water to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer and gently stir for 15 minutes. Remove from heat.
Add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate.
This relish is delicious on no added sugar vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt. It makes a very tasty smoothie, combining equal parts of chutney, skim milk and lite yogurt. Chutney is also great on a fresh spinach and chicken salad or on baked chicken.
