Ingredients
- 4cups waters
- 1teaspoon coarse salt
- 1cup instant polenta
- 1/2cup mascarpone cheese or cream cheese
- Chopped parsley
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil in a heavy saucepan. Add salt. Whisk in polenta in a steady stream until well combined. Remove from heat. Stir in mascarpone. Top with parsley.
