Ingredients

1pound firm tofu, drained well and crumbled
1 rib celery, chopped
2tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise or soy-based Nayonaise
2teaspoons Dijon mustard
2dashes Worcestershire sauce
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and blend well.
