Quick and Easy Guacamole Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 minced jalapeno pepper, seeds and stems removed
- 1/2 white onion, minced (about 1/2 cup)
- 1tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2teaspoon coarse salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1medium tomato, diced and seeds removed
Instructions
1. Mash avocado with a fork, leaving some texture. Add remaining ingredients. Mix lightly and pile into a bowl. Serves 8.
