Easy Cheddar Cheese Bacon Dip
- Yield: About 2 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 1cup sour cream
- 2cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3cup maple syrup
- 1/4teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1pound crumbled cooked bacon
- Chopped green onion
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat sour cream over medium-low until warm, about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add shredded cheddar cheese and continue stirring until melted, about 3 minutes. Stir in maple syrup and cayenne pepper. Add bacon, reserving 1 Tbsp for topping.
- Spoon into a serving bowl and top with reserved bacon and chopped green onion. Serve warm with crackers.
