Chocolate Banana Smoothie

1tablespoon flax seed meal
1cup milk or almond milk
3/4-- banana
-- ice
1/2teaspoon honey
-- add ins: whey protein powder, strawberries, shredded coconut, cocoa nibs


Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
