Brownie Cheesecake Bars
- Yield: 24-36 pieces
Ingredients
- 1.5cups all purpose flour
- 1.5cups sugar
- 2/3cup melted butter
- 2/3cup cocoa
- 3-- eggs, divided
- 1/2cup milk
- 3teaspoons vanilla, divided
- 1/2teaspoon baking powder
- 1cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 8ounces softened cream cheese
- 2tablespoons butter
- 1tablespoon corn starch
- 14ounces sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 9×13 pan.
In mixing bowl, beat flour, sugar, melted butter, cocoa, 2 eggs, milk, 2 tsp vanilla & baking powder until well blended.
Stir in nuts.
Spread into pan.
In small bowl, beat cream cheese, 2 tbsp butter and cornstarch until fluffy.
Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, then remaining 1 egg and 1 tsp vanilla, beating until smooth.
Pour over brownie batter.
Bake 35-40 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool, refrigerate and cut into 24-36 bars.
Store covered in refrigerator.
