Banana Caramel Nice Cream
- Yield: 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients
- 3 frozen ripe bananas
- 1/4cup milk (regular, almond, or coconut, etc.)
- 1/3cup caramel
- 1/4teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a 9×5 inch baking pan and freeze until frozen (about 1 hour).
- Remove from freezer and scoop. Add toppings if desired.
