Baked Rice with Raisins

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup white rice
- 1cup heavy cream
- 1cup white sugar
- 3large eggs
- 1/2cup California Raisins
- 1tablespoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Cook rice according to package directions until almost soft, about 7 minutes. Drain and rinse.
- Combine cream, sugar, and eggs; mix well. Add rice and raisins; stir well. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 45 minutes or until center is set.
