Some of the world’s harshest critics vetted the recipes in Laura Keogh and Ceri Marsh’s new cookbook—their kids. While wading through conflicting information on kids’ nutrition, the former fashion magazine journalists created an online forum for parents called Sweet Potato Chronicles. And they started tinkering in their own Toronto kitchens. The result of their capers is How to Feed a Family, with more than 100 recipes that are kitchen-tested, kid-approved, and with a whole new sensibility about what kids should eat and what moms will cook.
